Put the boring half of your business on autopilot.
I'm Vlad — I build AI automations that quietly handle the repetitive work — leads, support, reporting — so your team spends time on what actually grows the company. Most of it runs on n8n, on infrastructure you control.
Async or a quick call · written + video audit · reply within 48h

Your team is doing work a machine should be doing.
None of this needs a human. That's exactly what I fix.
- Leads sit in an inbox for hours before anyone replies — and some go cold.
- The same questions get answered by hand, again and again.
- Every Monday someone copy-pastes numbers into the same report.
- Work slips between tools because nothing connects them.
Four places automation pays for itself fast.
Start with one. Each is scoped, tested on your data, and yours to keep.
Lead handling on autopilot
New leads captured, enriched, scored and routed to the right place — instantly, day and night.
Support that answers itself
AI agents triage tickets, draft replies and resolve repetitive questions, so your team handles only what matters.
Reports without the busywork
Numbers pulled from your tools, summarized by AI and delivered to your inbox or Slack on schedule.
An AI that knows your business
Connect AI to your own docs, FAQs and policies so it answers from your facts — not made-up ones — with the source it used.
An AI that actually knows your business.
Generic chatbots make things up. I connect AI to your own knowledge — docs, FAQs, policies, past tickets — so every answer is grounded in your facts, with the source it came from. That's RAG: the AI looks up the real answer before it speaks.
Your returns policy gives 14 days for a full refund; after that it's store credit — so a 30-day return would be store credit, not cash back.

Customer support on your facts
A bot that answers customers from your help docs and policies — accurate, on-brand, and it escalates to a human when it isn't sure.
An assistant for your team
Staff ask “what’s our process for X?” and get an instant answer from your internal knowledge base — no more pinging colleagues.
Ask your documents
Drop in contracts, reports and PDFs, then get answers and summaries in seconds — each one pointing back to the exact source.
See the hours and money you'd get back.
Drag the sliders to your reality. Numbers update live — these are conservative estimates, not promises.
Estimate assumes ~70% of this task is automated. Your real numbers come from a free audit.
AI you can actually trust — because a human stays in the loop.
No cases to show off yet — so instead, here's exactly how I keep your automations safe, sound and yours.
Same request — the only difference is the checkpoint you control.
A human in the loop
AI is powerful but unpredictable on its own. I design every automation with a human checkpoint where it counts — nothing critical goes out without approval. You get the speed of AI without handing over the wheel.
Real engineering, not a no-code toy
I don't just drag boxes around. I build on n8n with proper logic, error handling and testing on your real data — automations that hold up in production, not demos that break next week.
Your data, your infrastructure
Workflows can run on your own self-hosted server, so sensitive data never has to live on someone else's platform. Built with privacy rules like GDPR in mind from day one.
A calm, five-step path — mostly async.
- 01
Free audit
A short form — or a quick call if you prefer. I map where time leaks, no cost and no commitment.
- 02
The plan
I find the highest-value things to automate; together we agree the scope, details and price. No surprises.
- 03
Build
A small deposit kicks off the work. I build the automation and test it on your real data.
- 04
Demo & go-live
I show it working before the final payment — you see the result, then we settle up.
- 05
Handover & support
I set it up in your tools, help your team adopt it, and keep it running as you grow.
The questions everyone asks.
Still unsure? The free audit answers the rest — no commitment.
What is AI automation — and what is n8n?
AI automation means handing repetitive, rule-based work — moving data between tools, replying to routine messages, compiling reports — to software that runs on its own, with AI handling the judgment calls. I build most of it on n8n, an open-source automation platform that can run on your own server. That keeps the logic transparent, portable and fully under your control — no locked-in SaaS, no black box.
Can the AI answer from our own data and documents?
Yes — that's the core of what I build. Instead of a generic chatbot that guesses, I connect the AI to your own knowledge (docs, FAQs, policies, past tickets) using RAG — retrieval-augmented generation. It looks up the relevant facts from your sources first, then answers, and can cite where the answer came from. Your data stays yours — it isn't used to train anyone else's model.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Every business is different, so I don't sell fixed packages. We start with a free audit and agree the scope and price together — no surprises. A small deposit kicks off the build; then you see the automation working in a live demo before the final payment, so you never pay for something you haven't seen. Most first automations go live in days to a couple of weeks, not months.
Do we have to get on a call?
Only if you want to. The default is async: you fill a short form, I send back a written breakdown and a short screen-recorded video you can watch anytime. Prefer to talk it through live? We can book a call — your choice. Async just means you're never blocked waiting for a meeting slot.
What happens to my data — is this safe and GDPR-friendly?
Your data stays yours. Automations can run on your own infrastructure (self-hosted n8n), so sensitive data never has to live on someone else's platform. I scope each workflow to the minimum access it needs and build with privacy rules like GDPR in mind — AI can even help flag where a process touches personal data, so you stay compliant.
Isn't AI unpredictable? What if it makes mistakes?
That's the right thing to worry about — and why I don't build systems that act blindly. Wherever a decision matters, a human stays in the loop: the automation prepares the work, a person approves it before it goes out. You get the speed of AI with a checkpoint you control, not a black box firing off emails on its own.
Do I need to change my tools or be technical?
No. Automations connect to the tools you already use — your CRM, email, spreadsheets, chat. You don't need to be technical or migrate anything; I handle the building, connecting and maintenance. You keep working the way you do now, just with the boring parts handled.
Tell me where the time goes. I'll show you what to automate.
A few questions about your workflow. I send back a written breakdown and a short video — and if you'd rather talk it through, we can book a call. No pressure either way.
